Location

From Route 17 (I86) East towards Elmira. Stay on I86 till you come to Exit 56. Turn right onto Church St (Route 352). Follow Church St. till you come to the intersection for Clemens Center Parkway. Turn Left at the light and follow till You come to Route 14 South. Turn Left on Route 14 South to the Intersection with Route 6 (US Grand Army of the Republic Highway). At the end of Route 14 South - turn right on Route 6 and drive into Troy. Turn left at the traffic light – following Route 14 South. Penn Troy is located on Railroad St. which is your first Left.

From Route 15 North towards Troy. Turn Right onto exit at Trout Run heading north on Route14. Follow Route 14 north till you come into the outskirts of Troy. Penn Troy is located On Railroad Street which will be the Second road on the right after you pass Smith Packard Chevrolet.
